  • Productinfo24.com provides its users with a secure and functional product information and sales management environment.
  • Productinfo24.com does everything possible to ensure that public product information is accurate. However, Productinfo24.com can not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the published information and, therefore, does not take responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of such information.
  • Registration and privacy
    • When registering, we collect the following personal data: name, email address, and phone number.
    • When creating a company account, we collect the following data: company name and the contact person’s email address. When ordering a paid service, we also collect the necessary data for invoicing: company name, address, registry code, tax registration number of the payer, and the email address of the invoice recipient.
    • Your/company name is publicly visible on a product data sheet that you have modified as a user or that your company manages.
    • Productinfo24.com implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of collected non-public data. We recommend that you use a unique and strong password, restrict access to your computer and browser, and log out after using the Productinfo24.com environment.
    • By submitting the information requested for registration and creating a company account, the user confirms that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
    • Productinfo24.com does not use users’ data for sending information unrelated to usage of Productinfo24.com.
  • When linking the products with company, the user is taking a role of Product Information Manager. This role includes responsibility to fill in the mandatory fields of product information (marked with the asterisk in the master data file) and to keep this information up to date.
    • Since it is a public cross-border environment with many users, Productinfo24.com has the right to restrict the activities of users who repeatedly enter incorrect information and do not follow the instructions of Productinfo24.com administrators.
  • Productinfo24.com may intervene in the content managed by the company only if mandatory fields are not filled in, if there is no product photo, if user support has been requested, or if Productinfo24.com’s terms of use are not met.
  • Productinfo24.com may change or add information in the product group field of the product linked with the company’s account.
  • Productinfo24.com may make changes to the environment for valid reasons such as improving existing functions or features, adding new functions, ensuring service performance, or for legal or regulatory reasons. All changes are considered announced to users after being published on the Productinfo24.com webpage.
  • Productinfo24.com has the right to use product information in public fields for commercial purposes and share it with third parties.
  • Productinfo24.com can change the price of paid services once a year on January 1st, according to the change in the average gross monthly salary published by local statistics. The price change will be notified to the company’s contact person(s) via email no later than 2 months in advance. The price change will take effect on January 1st at the beginning of the next subscription period. If the subscription is not cancelled, You agree to the new price by continuing to use the paid service.
    • Productinfo24.com stores the information entered by the user in the paid modules for up to 3 months after the end of the paid service.
